Wade--overturned, of course, by the Supreme Court's decision in Dobbs v. Jackson Women's Health in 2022. This book brings together some of the nation's leading experts in constitutional law, history, gender studies, and reproductive rights to examine the decisions in Dobbs and Roe, the Court's performance, and how this sets the stage for the decisions to come, not only on abortion.
